Dwórzno, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

Dwórzno () is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górowo Iławeckie, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately south-west of Górowo Iławeckie, west of Bartoszyce, and north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
Hoofe was the scene of the "Bataille de Hoff" throughout the Napoleonic Battle of Eylau in February 1807.〔(Bataille de Hoff ) (French)〕
